This detailed template agreement reflects the growing trend to outsourced managed services. We have created a template which maps this process including provisions for the provision of a virtual environment whereby almost all hardware and software requirements are outsourced. The agreement covers matters such as “Backup Services”, “Disaster Recovery Services”, “Migration Services” (including decommissioning of existing servers and transfer of applications to Virtual Servers). Model SLAs are included.
