Weblaw Season Ticket

It is a novel way for IT and New Media companies to pay a heavily discounted annual fixed fee for extensive legal input and support as well as free access to numerous legal templates

  • A legal helpline manned by expert IT and New Media lawyers
  • An audit of all your IT and New Media contracts/Terms & Conditions and a report of our findings on issues such as adequacy of liability limitation provisions
  • Free access to numerous IT and New Media contract templates that we have created for areas such as licensing, support, ASP provision, Managed Services, Software Development and Website Design Hosting (see list below).

weblaw.co.uk is the website of the IT & E-Commerce Law Group (the Weblaw Group) of the London based commercial law firm, Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP.

The Weblaw Group comprises Simon Halberstam, Emma Shipp and David Sprecher who all understand, recognise and use the methodology of the IT and New Media world and have pooled their expertise to ensure that their expert advice always reflects the client's exact concerns and that its objectives are implemented.

  • It is like having an in-house legal team. You will no longer hesitate to ask for what could be important legal advice for fear of the bill - you don't have to think about the cost of consulting us - the cost is included within the fixed fee.
  • Our service is provided quickly and with commercial pragmatism.
  • Failure to take legal advice at the relevant time often leads to disputes or other legal problems further down the line.
