Who are we?
weblaw.co.uk is the website of the IT & E-Commerce Law Group (the Weblaw Group) of the London based commercial law firm, Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP.
The Weblaw Group comprises Simon Halberstam, Emma Shipp and David Sprecher who all understand, recognise and use the methodology of the IT and New Media world and have pooled their expertise to ensure that their expert advice always reflects the client’s exact concerns and that its objectives are implemented.
What is the point?
It is like having an in-house legal team. You will no longer hesitate to ask for what could be important legal advice for fear of the bill – you don’t have to think about the cost of consulting us – the cost is included within the fixed fee.
Our service is provided quickly and with commercial pragmatism.
Failure to take legal advice at the relevant time often leads to disputes or other legal problems further down the line.

How much do we save?
It depends on your requirements and which Season Ticket Option you select. Based on our standard rates and our main template contracts, you save about £6,250 plus VAT with the Bronze option, £14,500 plus VAT with the Silver option and a far larger sum with the Gold option. In any event, it should reduce your legal bills substantially and should ensure that your company is better protected against potential legal risks
Look before you buy
Although we are well known and respected, we are not asking you to “buy blind” and you are welcome, without charge, to make an appointment to visit our offices, view the templates and discuss your requirements
