Selling and Buying Domain Names
The process of buying or selling a domain name can be fraught with difficulty. This is particularly so if you do not completely trust the other party. Neither party will want to fulfil its part of the bargain i.e. the transfer or the payment until it is sure that the other party will keep its part.
We can help by providing an appropriate agreement for the parties to enter which covers the mechanics of the transfer and we can, if requested, also hold the funds in escrow until the transfer is completed.
