Domain Name Dispute Services, Information and Advice on Domain Rights
Having written the only book focussed on UK domain name law and handled dozens of disputes, we are uniquely well positioned to help you resolve your domain name issue.
We provide initial guidance without charge and will always try to find a cost-effective solution to your problems:
1. Domain name background information
In all domain name dispute cases, background information is vital. You need to know when the registration was made, by whom, if there are associated registered trademarks and how long the website has been active. Although precedent is not binding in the Domain Name Dispute Resolution services offered by different registrars, it may be instructive to see if the other party has a history of such activities and what gudance can be obtained from past decisions.
